Duplex Steel Pipe is a type of stainless steel pipe produced and used in applications that require strength and corrosion resistance equally. Naman Pipe & Tubes is a manufacturer of various kinds of stainless steel pipes for use in different industries. The DSS Pipe is special in that it has the ferritic and austenitic steel phases in the material. It allows the Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe to be stronger and corrosion resistant at the same time. There are different types of dss steel; namely, standard, super and lean duplex. These could also be different manufacturing methods and heat treatment procedures.
The DSS Welded Pipes are used for applications with heavy welding. We also produce the seamless pipe which is used in precise applications with accurate measurements. These pipes can be fitted easily and used with dimensional accuracy. As one of the leading Seamless DSS Pipes manufacturers we offer all different grades of pipes in all kinds of steel materials. Our A790 Pipe is manufactured according to the standard for the straight seam welded ferritic, austenitic or DSS pipes. Our Price List is also very competitive to the market pricing. As the leading Duplex Pipes manufacturer we want to give our customers with the best solution. Please contact us with your needs and we are happy to assist you.

Difference between Duplex Seamless & welded pipe
Duplex is a steel category that has austenitic and ferritic steel characters in its metallurgic microstructure. The pipes in this grade of steel are made up of different procedures. The ones that are drawn from a single billet which make the pipe surface smooth. This type of pipes is called seamless.
The pipes can also be made from a strip of duplex steel with the edges of the strips welded together to make the pipe. The welding could be spiral or longitudinal. Either way, the pipe will have the welded track and it is not as smooth as the seamless ones. So the seamless pipes are preferred for applications that require pipes with more dimensional accuracy.
